Truffle Season is here

Some things are worth the wait. New Zealand’s truffle season runs short, and we’ve made the most of it.

For a limited time, we are featuring two truffle additions — a cocktail and a snack — both built around local provenance.

The truffle cocktail pairs a 12 Tides vodka from Waiheke Distilling, infused in-house with fresh truffle, with Cointreau and Amaro Montenegro. It’s earthy, aromatic, and a little unexpected. $29.

The baked truffle camembert is something else entirely. Over the Moon’s truffle camembert — made in the Waikato and available exclusively through Bar Albert — arrives baked in its entirety, 115g, with pretzels alongside. $34.
