Milford Gin & Oysters
Milford Gin is inspired by two coastlines: the rugged shores of Wales and the fiords of New Zealand. Welsh Laver seaweed runs through both the juniper-forward London Dry and the Pink Gin, which adds Mānuka honey and Maungatapere raspberry. Both have a gentle savoury, coastal edge that suits oysters.
We’re pairing a Milford martini with a freshly shucked oyster for $30. Make it half a dozen oysters and a cocktail for $56.
