New Spring Menu
The new spring menu has arrived at Bar Albert, featuring new signature cocktails alongside classic favourites. Try the Torpedo Bay, white rum with coquelicot, orange, strawberry, cardamon and absinthe, or the Te Atatu, tequila with martini bitter, blood orange, raspberry and lime.
Alongside the drinks list, a refreshed snack menu brings burrata with heirloom tomatoes, basil and pinenuts, and sees the return of NZ rock oysters with mignonette.
